Returns

We provide a 30 day money back guarantee on all unopened items! We will refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with within 30 days of receipt. Credits will be issued to the original method of payment and will notify you via email. Any returns after 30 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. (refunds will not including shipping costs) For opened items, we are not obliged to issue refunds. All returning items must be less than 25% consumed to qualify a partial refund excluding shipping. Any returns on opened items ARE not guaranteed to have partial refund. All opened returned items will be disposed of for health and safety reasons. No invoice/receipt no returns (No exceptions!) Please allow 15-20 days from the day the package has been received to process your refund. We will email you once the refund has been issued. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return If a wrong address causes the order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed we will not issue refund or replacement of any kind. You may be responsible for shipping cost to have the order re-delivered. Refunds will only be available if the package is returned to us. Refund will be for the cost of the order without any shipping cost. Due to customs regulations and shipping costs we cannot issue or accept returns on items shipped outside the US We do not issue refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our facilities, in a undamaged and resalable condition. The refund will be only for the cost of the merchandise, shipping cost are not reimbursed. 3rd party shipping/ freight forwarder This may be an option for your international orders. However, if you do choose this option we will not issue a refund or accept any return handled by a 3rd party courier. We are not responsible for damages or loss that occurs due to handling of your order by a 3rd party courier.

Shipping inside the US

3-10 business days. Delivery frames are estimated by the courier and it does not include weekends, holidays, processing and packaging time. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (wrong apt/house number, wrong street etc.) Ensure you put the correct SHIPPING address. Billing address can be different to shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, fees, or other delivery issues if the address was entered incorrectly. Once the carrier confirms delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must report it as lost to the delivering courier. (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) If a wrong address causes the order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed we will not issue refund or replacement of any kind. You may be responsible for shipping cost to have the order re-delivered. Refunds will only be available if the package is returned to us. Refund will be for the cost of the order without any shipping cost. Please ensure to double check your delivery and product details as well as discount code (if applicable) once the order is placed we can not change any details. All orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt and fast delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES We try to work with the best shipping rates to provide you all the possible savings. Shipping is based on weight and size of your order. We do not offer replacements or credit in the event that the order has been lost unless you purchase package insurance. The customer is responsible for taxes, VAT and duties imposed by the country of destination. The customer is responsible to collect the package at the foreign postal administration if the courier cannot deliver to your address due to import regulations. Any returned packages by the purchaser will be held responsible for additional shipping costs to and from the final destination. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Evolution Advance to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Evolution Advance may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. This may be an option for your international orders. However, if you do choose this option we will not issue a refund or accept any return handled by a 3rd party courier. We are not responsible for damages or loss that occur due to handling of your order by a 3rd party courier. Any delays to contact the customer will delay the delivery of your order.
